Software Engineer (AI/Internal Tools)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home, plus 4 weeks of remote work per year

hirify.global builds authentication and user onboarding infrastructure that optimizes OTP delivery across SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels while blocking spam and fraud.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain internal tools used by engineering, operations, product, sales, support, and finance.
• Build agentic AI workflows for fraud review, customer support triage, go-to-market workflows, dashboards, invoicing, and reporting.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders to identify friction, deliver solutions, and establish rapid feedback loops.
• Evaluate and integrate AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, n8n, and Dust.
• Contribute to shared infrastructure, schemas, APIs, and dashboards using the company data layer.
• Participate in on-call rotations for the internal platform.

Requirements

• Professional experience shipping software in fast-paced environments and completing projects end to end.
• Production experience with automated workflows and AI-powered tools, including n8n, Dust, custom LLM pipelines, or equivalent.
• Solid backend development skills in Go or TypeScript, including reliable API and service design.
• Ability to work across the stack with React and data technologies such as DynamoDB, SQS, and Lambdas.
• Experience building for internal users with a focus on reliability, usability, and adoption.
• Fluent or professional English is required.

Nice to have

• Developer experience or platform engineering background.
• Experience in fintech, identity, fraud, or another regulated or high-stakes domain.
• Experience integrating CRM, billing, support, or data warehouse APIs.
• Familiarity with Rust, gRPC, or AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and SQS.

Hiring process
