What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents, including workflows, decision logic, and API integrations.
• Drive quality and outcomes by running evaluations and identifying high-leverage experience improvements.
• Partner with the Platform team to build new 0→1 capabilities based on hard problems from flagship accounts.
• Navigate enterprise complexity, managing technical negotiations across business units, procurement, and compliance.
• Imagine and design next-generation AI experiences that anticipate customer needs.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience building highly technical products, with at least 2–3 years as a Senior PM or above.
• Engineering background with the ability to review architecture and reason about API design.
• Track record of shipping and owning production-grade systems at scale with high reliability and observability.
• Experience as a trusted technical partner to enterprise customers, managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between engineers and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with language models and production AI agents.
• Familiarity with retail or consumer business operations (order management, fulfillment, commerce infrastructure).
• Technical builder skills with experience in TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Experience working in an embedded model with a named enterprise account.
• MBA or equivalent business breadth.
