What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end operational systems for research workflows, including intake, recruitment, and synthesis.
• Own participant recruitment and panel management, building relationships with legal professionals and users.
• Manage the research tech stack and implement AI-powered tooling for automated synthesis and repositories.
• Develop templates and educational documentation to increase research team velocity and consistency.
• Define success metrics and reporting frameworks to provide leadership visibility into research output and quality.
• Coordinate rolling research schedules, including qualitative interviews, usability tests, and concept tests.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations or program management supporting design, research, or product teams in tech.
• Proven experience establishing Research Operations from the ground up at a fast-growing company.
• Ability to build systems and processes from scratch in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills for partnering with EPD and GTM teams.
• Deep familiarity with how UXR and design teams function at scale.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Notion and Dovetail.

Nice to have

• Experience with UserInterviews, Sprig, ListenLabs, or Lookback.
• Background in B2B or enterprise software research.
• Familiarity with legal workflows or professional services.
