Location: Remote, must be based in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, or Peru) and aligned with US Central Time.

What you will do
- Own the UX roadmap and prioritize the backlog for a major retail brand within a multi-brand ecosystem.
- Translate organizational and product roadmaps into actionable stories and support designers during sprint execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to align UX work with business goals and technical constraints.
- Perform hands-on design work in Figma to create concepts, flows, and refinements.
- Utilize UX research and A/B testing to inform design decisions and validate outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong background in B2C and B2B e-commerce.
- Proven experience managing UX backlogs and roadmaps in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern web/mobile design systems.
- English: C1 or C2 proficiency required.
- Must provide your own laptop.
