What you will do

• Design high-performing email campaigns, automated lifecycle flows, and retention marketing assets.
• Create conversion-focused creative solutions aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Develop email concepts, layouts, and visual systems to support engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with strategists, marketers, and copywriters to deliver projects on time.
• Execute projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining quality.
• Create motion-based elements, GIFs, and lightweight animations to enhance engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience in ecommerce, DTC, or agency environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Professional fluency in English for client and team communication.
• Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing, retention, and digital design work.
• Experience with motion design and GIF creation.
