What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI activities, including user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Define UX research plans and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Design and refine user interfaces ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency across applications.
• Create and maintain UX frameworks, design standards, and reusable templates for scalability.
• Develop interactive prototypes and complex UI components like dashboards and drag-and-drop interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align user needs with technical execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 5+ years of UX/UI experience (10+ years preferred).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise in Figma and UX research methodologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with React.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance.
• Experience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar).
