What you will do

• Design modern, responsive web pages and components using Figma.
• Translate business goals and campaign briefs into effective web experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute and iterate on designs.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and ensure smooth developer handoff.
• Continuously improve designs based on performance data, user behavior, and testing insights.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across web properties.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in web design, preferably in B2C, DTC, or eCommerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, product pages, and marketing sites.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of conversion-focused design principles (CRO, UX fundamentals).
• Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
• Must be based in one of the specified LATAM countries.
