What you will do

• Partner with sales, advertisers, and agencies to shape learning agendas and improve media performance.
• Apply rigorous measurement approaches across attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling.
• Develop scalable measurement programs and guidance to improve decision-making and adoption of rigorous practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate advertiser needs into durable measurement capabilities.
• Work with measurement partners and industry stakeholders to support advertiser adoption and trust.
• Communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of expertise in advertising measurement, including experimentation, incrementality testing, and econometric approaches (MMM).
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets using SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience designing and operating lift and incrementality programs, including power analysis and statistical quality standards.
• Experience with third-party measurement providers, partner onboarding, and API data integrations.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments and influence across teams.
