What you will do

• Supervise production staff, manage project assignments, and guide employee development.
• Serve as the hiring manager for production staff and project managers within the practice.
• Manage client relationships and act as a strategic contact within the local geographic region.
• Ensure project deliverables meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster an engaged, dynamic employee culture.
• Assist in generating proposals and determining profitable fee structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business (or equivalent leadership experience).
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in personnel or project management.
• Proven track record in growing client-focused engineering teams and coaching staff.
• Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of the A&E industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
