What you will do
- Supervise production staff, manage project assignments, and guide employee development.
- Serve as the hiring manager for production staff and project managers within the practice.
- Manage client relationships and act as a strategic contact within the local geographic region.
- Ensure project deliverables meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster an engaged, dynamic employee culture.
- Assist in generating proposals and determining profitable fee structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business (or equivalent leadership experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in personnel or project management.
- Proven track record in growing client-focused engineering teams and coaching staff.
- Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of the A&E industry.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
