What you will do

• Define and execute the engagement strategy for the Sandringham advisory network aligned with hirify.global Advice priorities.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with advisers to identify needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Drive commercial performance, focusing on inflows and net flow growth through targeted engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Platform, MPS, and wider UKI teams, to ensure strategic alignment.
• Monitor relationship performance using MI and CRM data to inform strategic decision-making and reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and governance standards within the UK financial market.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the UK financial advice market (platforms, MPS, investments, tax wrappers).
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced, sales-led environment.
• Strong track record of driving lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, high-level negotiation, and consultative communication.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Must be based in the UK (Home-Based).

Nice to have

• Relevant financial services qualifications such as FPC, AFPC, or ACII.
