What you will do

• Define client needs and architect network solutions, ensuring quality assurance before client release.
• Perform discovery and diagnostic phases for technical projects and lead complex network infrastructure implementations.
• Build client relationships and provide advanced technical support for complex issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new systems and tools while maintaining proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring accurate logging of billable hours.
• Mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants on technical projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Client Solutions United States).
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in network consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate industry experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace, and Teams.
• Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams Voice, SharePoint Online, SQL, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
• Deep knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routing, VLANs, core switching, and wireless.

Nice to have

• Experience with ConnectWise time entry and billing system.
• Security expertise with firewalls and desktop security products.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery methods.
