What you will do

• Manage operational aspects of the engineering and maintenance services team to protect and improve client asset value.
• Ensure compliance with safety processes, local codes, and regulations through regular audits.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs and service delivery processes.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting operational expenses, and managing labor resource risks.
• Develop and lead engineering training programs to improve team technical skill sets.
• Manage service vendors and ensure satisfactory performance of contracted repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate level of engineering operations and maintenance management experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in commercial real estate engineering operations.
• Proficiency in performance supervision, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with computerized workflow management systems and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
