Salary: $79,300 - $105,600 USD (plus 15% premium)

What you will do

• Lead field teams in executing mechanical maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate the Work Week schedule and provide real-time progress updates.
• Perform predictive maintenance activities including vibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing.
• Conduct QA/QC checks and provide hands-on coaching to team members.
• Lead response efforts for outages and critical equipment events.
• Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste and standardize maintenance processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a heavy industrial environment, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong multi-craft mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems knowledge.
• MA Hoisting License (1C/2C/3A) required or ability to obtain.
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools and CMMS/ALM systems.
• Ability to travel within a 45-minute radius of the assigned hub.
• High School Diploma or GED.
