Salary: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00

What you will do

• Lead the specification, build, and commissioning of new test stands.
• Define program validation requirements and establish testing standards to ensure adherence during execution.
• Manage the successful execution of lab tests to validate drivetrain components and systems.
• Provide engineering expertise in analyzing test data and communicate recommendations to customers and suppliers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document all findings in detailed technical reports.
• Mentor contributing engineers and facilitate team cooperation and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Professional engineering experience in powertrain product development (design, test, or analysis).
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven expertise in project management and team leadership.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and data analysis tools.
• Direct experience working in a lab test facility.
• Experience with electric drive systems or hirify.global NPI/CPI systems.
