Location: Tucson, AZ. This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Salary: $147,760 - $221,640

What you will do

• Lead multi-functional teams managing all phases of the NPI process for Resource Industries Tracked Products.
• Define NPI program deliverables, scope, timelines, and business cases.
• Develop overall program schedules from product development through validation and value chain readiness.
• Coordinate and lead Gate Reviews and stakeholder reviews.
• Act as the primary link between execution teams to resolve gaps and provide recommendations for leadership.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and customer messaging for impacted products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Tucson, AZ.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship is not available.
• Prior experience in NPI programs as a lead or team member.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in engineering, management, or manufacturing.
