What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for core product workflows from early discovery to shipment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to create prototypes, technical specs, and iterations.
• Translate business goals and complex accounting workflows into clear UX directions and product strategy.
• Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and usability reviews.
• Enhance the design system, Storybook, and interaction standards to ensure product consistency.
• Leverage AI, prototypes, and product data to accelerate the research and design exploration process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience in complex B2B SaaS, fintech, or operations-heavy products.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped product work with a clear focus on problem-solving and outcomes.
• Proficiency in using AI for research synthesis, UX exploration, and documentation.
• Experience working with front-end prototypes and partnering with engineers via Storybook.
• Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Must be based in the USA.
