What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for major product areas from discovery and strategy through implementation and launch.
• Design AI-native experiences, including intelligent assistants, automated workflows, and generative interfaces.
• Define long-term product vision and create high-fidelity prototypes to align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmaps and strategic priorities.
• Drive the evolution of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Conduct user research and incorporate customer insights into product development decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing complex web-based products in enterprise or data-driven environments.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered or AI-native product experiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design and systems thinking.
• Experience mentoring designers and setting design standards across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, risk management, compliance, or fraud prevention.
• Experience with analytics platforms or developer tools.
