What you will do

• Own and evolve the visual direction across products, websites, and marketing materials, including brand identity and art direction.
• Lead large-scale creative projects from brand development to digital product execution.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, visual guidelines, and reusable components.
• Lead website redesign and optimization initiatives across company products.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to translate business goals into design solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of designers while establishing quality standards and collaboration workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Brand, or Digital Design.
• Proven experience leading designers or owning design initiatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital products and brand systems.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• English: Fluent written and spoken (C1) required

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Experience working across both product and marketing design.
• Experience redesigning and scaling complex websites.
• Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
