What you will do

• Define the vision, goals, and success measures for digital products and services provided to government agencies.
• Synthesize market research, user needs, and technical approaches in collaboration with designers and technical leads.
• Manage the project roadmap, scoping features and user stories from high-level initiatives to tactical implementation.
• Build consensus and buy-in for product initiatives with government partners and external contractors.
• Measure product progress against business goals and translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
• Lead discovery meetings to implement an outcome-centric approach to service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of running and shipping consumer web applications.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states (including CA, NY, TX, VA, and others listed in the posting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for navigating technical and UX trade-offs.
• Ability to structure action plans and execute effectively in highly ambiguous situations with incomplete information.
