Product Manager IV

What you will do

• Define, communicate, and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize roadmap items by balancing market opportunities, customer/prospect feedback, business goals, and product quality.
• Translate strategy into epics, features, and user stories; maintain transparency around roadmap decisions.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across UX, Engineering, QA, Documentation, and Database teams; own backlog integrity and lead refinement.
• Gather customer and market feedback via advisory groups, client conversations, conferences, office hours, and site visits; partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market and adoption.
• Collect and analyze competitive/market data; research partnership/licensing opportunities and ethical AI/automation opportunities in product workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with product management tools such as Aha! or similar.
• No work visa sponsorship.
