What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end SAP/ERP projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
  • Drive process improvements in retail functions, including inventory, supply chain, procurement, and store operations.
  • Ensure project governance and maintain consistent communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, testing, training, and deployment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management, ERP Implementation, or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven track record of delivering SAP or other Enterprise System implementations.
  • Strong background in the Retail industry (Fashion, E-commerce, Luxury, or FMCG).
  • Deep understanding of retail business processes, including Logistics and Merchandising.
  • Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Thai or Italian language proficiency.
  • PMP, Prince2, or SAP certifications.
