What you will do

• Support the setup, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, workflows, and business rules to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and maintain integrations, custom reports, and workflows using Oracle tools like OIC, VBCS, and OTBI.
• Participate in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities to maintain system integrity.
• Support ERP-related projects including upgrades, patches, UAT, and month-end/year-end close activities.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an Oracle ERP functional support role.
• Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong experience in Finance or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, or OM.
• Experience building OTBI reports and a strong understanding of business processes and controls.

Nice to have

• Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
• Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems including MES or PLM.
