Salary: $150,000 - $195,000

What you will do

• Develop scalable full stack solutions with integrated AI capabilities to improve performance and reliability.
• Implement AI-first system designs leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks.
• Define and drive the adoption of architecture standards and responsible AI guardrails.
• Modernize the technology stack using automation, CI/CD, and distributed systems patterns like CQRS.
• Lead technical direction and align cross-functional teams on best practices and data-driven experimentation.
• Mentor engineering teams through structured forums to elevate technical understanding and alignment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience delivering high-impact backend or full stack enterprise software.
• Proven ability to design and scale AI/ML systems within software products.
• Experience implementing LLMs, agentic frameworks, and model evaluation practices.
• Expertise in unit testing, system design, and reliability engineering.
• In-depth understanding of domain-driven design and system interdependencies.
• Experience leading technical direction as a team or technical lead across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Experience modernizing legacy systems into microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
