What you will do

• Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of large-scale features and roadmap initiatives.
• Solve complex technical challenges and production issues across cross-functional teams.

• Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching, pairing, and actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to refine requirements and align priorities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive software engineering experience, including a leadership track.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project delivery.
