What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and highly interactive full-stack web applications.
• Lead the evolution of core platform modules and influence overall system architecture for performance and reliability.
• Integrate LLMs, AI services, and agentic AI patterns (task orchestration, tool-using agents) into production systems.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers through code reviews and pragmatic design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and QA to resolve complex production issues across distributed systems.
• Contribute to comprehensive technical documentation, including design specs and release notes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software design and development.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET (MVC/Web APIs).
• Strong experience building full-stack applications with Angular and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mansfield, MA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Strong SQL expertise, specifically with Microsoft SQL Server and performance tuning.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and AWS.
• Background in clinical trial data, life sciences, or regulated SaaS environments.
• Experience creating data visualizations or analytics-driven user interfaces.
