What you will do

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to drive growth.
• Manage campaign structures, budgets, pacing, and scaling decisions.
• Develop and execute testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key eCommerce metrics.
• Collaborate with creative teams to generate new testing ideas and improve results.
• Provide weekly reporting, actionable insights, and performance recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Experience managing $70,000+ monthly ad spend.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ROAS, CPA, MER, and other eCommerce metrics.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify brands and creative testing programs.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads or Google Ads.
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, or Lifestyle sectors.
• Knowledge of Andromeda and GEM frameworks.
