What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders in Product Development and Design & Engineering to define and deliver People strategies aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent models, and capability roadmaps across multiple global teams.
• Design performance frameworks and feedback practices that improve accountability, agility, execution, and continuous development.
• Shape talent development and succession strategies to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
• Champion engagement, inclusion, well-being, and a differentiated experience for product, design, and engineering talent.
• Coach executives, influence leadership decisions, and build a high-performing, agile People team using data and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Accredited coaching certification.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive HR role within a global, fast-paced, consumer-focused organization.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams and managing talent across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with digital HR tools, data-driven HR practices, and organizational analytics.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive outcomes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Change-agent mindset, passion for innovation and agility, operational excellence, and confidence challenging norms and influencing leaders toward better decisions.
• Ability to navigate skepticism and win hearts and minds while HR evolves its role.
