What you will do

• Engage senior financial services executives and support account teams with industry insights, commercial strategies, and solution concepts.
• Design technical, financial, and commercial solutions with local teams and global experts.
• Shape customer experience improvement storylines across account opening, fraud, disputes, claims, sales, and support.
• Build innovative automation and Agentic AI use cases for sales presentations and implementation teams.
• Create whitepapers, webinars, blogs, one-pagers, and event content to strengthen market positioning.
• Align account executives, customer service, product, solutions consulting, and go-to-market partners.

Requirements

• 15+ years of financial services experience in business, service, or consultancy roles.
• Deep expertise in at least two areas: consumer banking, wealth management, payments, or insurance.
• Relevant in-region experience and the ability to navigate technical, financial services, and local cultural considerations.
• Proven C-suite engagement, customer relationship management, and cross-functional solution-building experience.
• Experience with technology landscapes, process and technology integration, customer design management, or service design thinking.
• Fluent business English required; German, Spanish, and Portuguese are desirable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global or competitor technologies, especially digital and AI solutions.
• Experience creating quantified business cases and strong executive storylines.
• Excellent public speaking and industry event experience.
