People+ Business Partner

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 plus up to 5% bonus

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and total rewards.
• Lead and coordinate the annual performance management and People Review processes.
• Provide functional leadership and coordination to the People+ team through a dotted-line leadership model.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and full compliance with employment legislation.
• Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and transformation programs for local adoption.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Strong experience in business partnering and operational HR delivery.
• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to influence and lead stakeholders without direct authority.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Nice to have

• CHRP designation or equivalent.
