Salary: £49.76 - £50.76 per hour

What you will do

• Facilitate the work of a cross-functional, self-organizing Scrum team to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Coach the team on the Scrum framework and practices to ensure efficient delivery.
• Guide the team in executing practices to deliver outcomes prioritized by the Product Owner.
• Facilitate all Scrum Events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Remove impediments that hinder project progress and manage external interference.
• Monitor and improve team dynamics while promoting continuous communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing experienced professionals.
• Valid eligibility to work full time in the UK.
• Ability to travel within the EU.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and product backlog management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unify the team.
