What you will do

• Lead strategic engagements with C-level stakeholders to define product direction and accelerate value delivery.
• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals to enable measurable growth.
• Translate high-level business objectives into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops using design thinking and service design frameworks to shape product solutions.
• Manage and prioritize complex backlogs to maximize business value and architectural integrity.
• Drive organizational transformation by aligning operating models and processes with product-centric ways of working.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile
• 5–7+ years of advanced experience in product strategy, product management, or digital consulting.
• Strong knowledge of product operating models, agile delivery, and product strategy consulting.
• Advanced experience with modern product frameworks such as design thinking and service design.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic insights and business case development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure work independently.
