What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product discovery and delivery for complex technical integrations.
• Bridge the gap between global business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Analyze complex data sets to validate hypotheses and prioritize product demands.
• Manage API-driven platform features and DMS integrations.
• Lead client interactions and presentations to influence strategic product decisions.
• Apply Agile methodologies to maintain efficient development workflows.

Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in high-growth tech environments.
• Strong background in platform products, back-end logic, and API-driven integrations.
• Ability to autonomously navigate unfamiliar domains and fill knowledge gaps.
• Availability for international travel (e.g., to the USA) for project kickoffs and workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry or dealership management systems (DMS).
• Knowledge of OEM integrations.
