What you will do

• Define and drive product initiatives from the discovery phase through to final delivery.
• Establish and optimize product management processes in ambiguous, low-structure environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to prioritize high-impact solutions.
• Translate customer feedback and business objectives into actionable product requirements.
• Monitor feature adoption and user behavior using analytics and experimentation tools.
• Integrate modern AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and product documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within startups or high-growth environments.
• Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven track record of building product processes and driving initiatives from concept to launch.
• Proficiency with product analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior tracking tools.
• Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in events, auctions, fundraising, nonprofit tech, or ticketing platforms.
• Experience with SaaS products or navigating organizational transformations after acquisitions.
• Technical background or significant experience collaborating with software engineers.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience building or working with AI-enabled products.
