What you will do

  • Identify and convert net new clients across priority industries and strategic market segments.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop account growth plans to increase share of wallet and broaden relevance within existing strategic clients.
  • Lead value-based commercial conversations with senior decision-makers to solve client challenges.
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions, products, and delivery teams to create compelling propositions.

Requirements

  • Must be an internal candidate (current Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, or comparable internal sales professional).
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven record of commercial delivery.
  • Confidence in engaging senior client stakeholders in strategic, value-based conversations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for disciplined pipeline management.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, self-managed approach.
