What you will do
- Identify and convert net new clients across priority industries and strategic market segments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Develop account growth plans to increase share of wallet and broaden relevance within existing strategic clients.
- Lead value-based commercial conversations with senior decision-makers to solve client challenges.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions, products, and delivery teams to create compelling propositions.
Requirements
- Must be an internal candidate (current Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, or comparable internal sales professional).
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven record of commercial delivery.
- Confidence in engaging senior client stakeholders in strategic, value-based conversations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for disciplined pipeline management.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, self-managed approach.
