What you will do

• Shape and deliver the future vision for digital wallets across Consumer Relationships and Embedded Finance.
• Identify growth and innovation opportunities using data, customer insight, and market intelligence.
• Build commercially sustainable propositions that improve customer outcomes and service experiences.
• Collaborate with risk and governance teams to secure timely and well-managed approvals.
• Monitor customer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging wallet trends.
• Partner with product owners to align delivery with the overall product strategy and vision.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in payments.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in governance, design, or platform delivery.
• Hands-on experience or deep knowledge of digital wallets and the wider payments market.
• Background in banking, fintech, or payments organizations.
• Experience in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
