What you will do

• Build high-impact applications and tools to accelerate go-to-market efforts
• Work across the full product lifecycle: prototype, iterate, ship, and maintain
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations to identify user needs
• Apply hirify.global’s models in novel ways to solve real-world customer and internal workflow problems
• Translate learnings into feedback for Applied and Research teams to inform product development

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco, United States
• 4+ years experience as software/ML/product engineer on user-facing systems
• Fluent in Python or JavaScript and comfortable building full-stack applications
• Experience building or prototyping LLM-powered workflows using hirify.global API or similar
• Strong initiative, ownership, and collaboration skills

• Former founder or early engineer at a startup who built a product from scratch
