What you will do
- Lead M&A processes and strategic partnerships from origination through to closing.
- Actively build and develop a global transaction pipeline via opportunity sourcing and networking.
- Manage negotiations with founders, investment banks, PE/VC funds, and external advisors.
- Develop transaction strategies, including deal structuring, scenario analysis, and key term negotiation.
- Coordinate end-to-end M&A workstreams across Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, HR, and Product.
- Oversee due diligence processes and lead post-merger integration (PMI) activities.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A advisory, or corporate development.
- Full transaction lifecycle experience (origination → execution → closing → integration).
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring mechanics.
- Fluency in both Polish and English is required.
- Practical ability to leverage AI-powered tools and LLMs for research and analysis.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex processes independently.
