What you will do

• Lead M&A processes and strategic partnerships from origination through to closing.
• Actively build and develop a global transaction pipeline via opportunity sourcing and networking.
• Manage negotiations with founders, investment banks, PE/VC funds, and external advisors.
• Develop transaction strategies, including deal structuring, scenario analysis, and key term negotiation.
• Coordinate end-to-end M&A workstreams across Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, HR, and Product.
• Oversee due diligence processes and lead post-merger integration (PMI) activities.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A advisory, or corporate development.
• Full transaction lifecycle experience (origination → execution → closing → integration).
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring mechanics.
• Fluency in both Polish and English is required.
• Practical ability to leverage AI-powered tools and LLMs for research and analysis.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex processes independently.
