What you will do

• Analyze, reconcile, and prepare operational reports based on cash flow data in payment systems.
• Collaborate with payment systems and operational teams regarding reconciliation and settlement.
• Monitor the accuracy of turnovers, costs, and balances in payment system reports.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting and handle ad-hoc finance requests.
• Work with large financial datasets to master the specifics of payment providers and markets.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in finance, accounting, financial control, banking, fintech, or finance operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, settlements, or payment operations.
• English: Intermediate level required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Europe.
