What you will do

• Manage end-to-end billing and revenue accounting, ensuring data accuracy across multiple business units and legal entities.
• Steer and invoice various revenue streams while maintaining a clear overview of financial impacts.
• Review and validate supplier invoices in close coordination with the Group Business Service Center.
• Act as a financial interface for internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and documentation issues.
• Maintain statutory registers, ensuring VAT compliance and Intrastat reporting.
• Map and continuously improve AP/AR processes to ensure transparency and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of OIC, IFRS/IAS, VAT regulations, and electronic invoicing.
• Practical experience in accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation activities.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA, specifically FI, SD, MM, and VIM or e-Document.
• Professional English proficiency for transparent communication in an international context.
• Must be based in Milano, Italy
