What you will do

• Lead San Francisco flagship office projects, including openings, fit-outs, and expansions.
• Oversee the full workplace service ecosystem, including facilities, maintenance, cleaning, catering, and security.
• Manage day-to-day space optimization, seating plans, and utilization insights.
• Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance through effective access control and risk management.
• Set high standards for employee and visitor experience using a hospitality-led approach.
• Manage the US workplace budget, including forecasting, cost control, and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or hospitality-led workplace services.
• Proven track record of managing workplace operations in large offices or across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and complex operations.
• Solid knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM, and security operations.
• Experience managing operational budgets and KPI reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality-driven, premium corporate or service-oriented environments.
• Experience supporting office growth, scaling, or workplace transformation in tech/hypergrowth companies.
• Familiarity with facility management systems, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in facility management, hospitality, business administration, or engineering.
