Salary: €2,500–€3,000 monthly base plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients in the M&A and consulting sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the USA and Western European markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to scale operations and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Utilize modern sales tools to optimize outreach and deal management.
Requirements
- Must be based in Helsinki and able to work from the office 5 days a week.
- English fluency (C1 level) is required for international sales communication.
- Proven experience in full-cycle sales or high-volume outbound sales.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes with financial and consulting stakeholders.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
