TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Helsinki, Finland (In-office 5 days a week)

Salary: €2,500–€3,000 monthly base plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients in the M&A and consulting sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the USA and Western European markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to scale operations and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Utilize modern sales tools to optimize outreach and deal management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Helsinki and able to work from the office 5 days a week.
  • English fluency (C1 level) is required for international sales communication.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales or high-volume outbound sales.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes with financial and consulting stakeholders.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
