Location: Must be based in Finland (Hybrid: at least 50% office attendance)

What you will do
- Design and manage the signal-to-pipeline engine to convert raw signals into qualified accounts.
- Track triggers such as leadership changes, funding rounds, and regulatory shifts using B2B intelligence tools.
- Provide the Sales team with specific, contextual lead lists and clear reasons for outreach.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and hold the Sales team accountable for following through on provided leads.
- Conduct experiments on outreach hooks to optimize conversion across different GTM motions and ICPs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in Finland.
- English: Fluent proficiency required.
- Hands-on experience building and running lead generation processes.
- Proficiency with B2B intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Vainu.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate financial and operational structures.
- High agency and ability to own outcomes independently.
