Senior Product Manager (AI): Driving the growth of hirify.global’ Voice AI portfolio by setting product strategy and direction with an accent on understanding market needs, defining clear requirements, and delivering solutions. Focus on transforming customer insights into product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and accelerating global adoption of Voice AI technology.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Office attendance required 2-3 days a week.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for Voice AI products from development to Go-To-Market.
• Generate internal and external enthusiasm about product vision and initiatives.
• Scale at pace by accelerating Product-Led Growth with developers and implementing GTM engineering.
• Effectively gather market, customer, and technical understanding to drive the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Full spectrum product veteran with multiple examples of leading cross-functional teams to achieve material business success, ideally in tech scale-ups.
• Results driven and execution focused, thriving in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
• Insatiably curious with a first principles approach to product growth.
• Innovator in technology and Go-To-Market, delivering ideas whose time has come.
• AI / ML literate, understanding LLM limits, evals, performance/latency/cost trade-offs, data pipelines, and guardrails, able to quickly gain respect of Engineering/Research.
• Hybrid work in London, UK required.
