What you will do
- Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and data validation
- Support data quality, documentation, and standardization efforts
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in BI development, analytics, or a related role
- Working proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, and performance tuning)
- Experience supporting business analysis and stakeholder interactions
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to extend hours to accommodate U.S. time zones
