What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop hardware, software, systems in data center environments.
• Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security.
• Monitor, track, and record system performance and utilization metrics.
• Communicate highly technical information to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Recommend process, hardware, and software solutions to improve data center efficiency, including acquisitions and upgrades.
• Participate in IT and infrastructure project development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 12 years of work experience, including 8 years in related field.
