What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and data validation
• Support data quality, documentation, and standardization efforts

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in BI development, analytics, or a related role
• Working proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, and performance tuning)
• Experience supporting business analysis and stakeholder interactions
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to extend hours to accommodate U.S. time zones
