What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain financial/operational reporting frameworks, KPI scorecards, and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Analyze data from ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and finance platforms to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify and execute opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual cycle times.
• Partner with regional finance, Shared Service Centers (SSC), and transformation teams to align reporting with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, BI, Economics, or related fields.
• 4–7 years of experience in finance reporting, business intelligence, or performance management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Expertise in data modeling, data governance, and reporting automation.
• Must be eligible to work under an employment contract in Poland.
