What you will do
- Define and deliver the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the Lloyds Banking App and LloydsOS.
- Establish governance frameworks, architecture standards, and engineering practices to ensure platform scalability and resilience.
- Drive the innovation agenda, including the integration of AI and personalization across digital customer journeys.
- Lead the convergence of multiple applications into a single, high-performing digital platform.
- Influence senior stakeholders across the Group to embed a data-driven, customer-centric culture.
- Build and lead a high-performing product organization with strong technical and commercial capabilities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale digital product platforms in financial services, fintech, or complex consumer environments.
- Strong technical credibility with a solid understanding of architecture, engineering practices, APIs, and data ecosystems.
- Proven commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Visionary leadership skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to senior executive stakeholders.
- Deep commitment to customer-obsessed product development using data and insights.
- Ability to build and foster high-performing, accountable, and collaborative teams.
