Salary: €55K – €80K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Architect and execute the global Early Careers program roadmap and strategy.
• Build the Young hirify.globaln employer brand to attract top-tier junior talent.
• Identify and secure partnerships with elite universities and student tech hubs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all internship and entry-level GTM positions.
• Host workshops, meetups, and networking events at the Berlin office.
• Advise senior leadership on junior role structures using market data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Track record of hosting successful events or building employer brand content.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for large and small audiences.
• Strong understanding of GTM (Sales, Marketing, Ops) professional profiles.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to design and execute solutions independently.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
