What you will do

• Drive renewal tracking and planning for a portfolio of IT contracts, ensuring timeline management and risk anticipation.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders from IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth contract renewals.
• Analyze contract usage and infrastructure consumption to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with smaller vendors and support larger strategic contract preparation.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Excel or Power BI to provide visibility on contract performance.
• Implement contract renewal processes, guidelines, and best practices for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management, contract management, or procurement.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and translation into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
• Basic understanding of contractual terms, vendor processes, and procurement workflows.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Awareness of negotiation processes.
