Senior Contract Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $103,000

What you will do

• Direct contract management for a reduced number of high market-share service providers.
• Lead strategic discussions with service providers and support contract management staff through capacity building and coaching.
• Support dispute resolution processes and participate in the Performance Management Framework.
• Develop and negotiate contractor agreements, audit performance, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare and analyze reports, provide feedback and insights, and identify training needs in the network.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor staff to exceed KPI standards.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Comprehensive contract management experience, including advanced experience managing government-funded or public sector contracts.
• Bilingualism (English and French) with effective written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Proven ability to manage performance: monitoring KPIs, leading performance improvement/corrective action plans, and supporting risk mitigation/escalation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to travel across multiple locations as required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle; must pass a Criminal Record Check.
