What you will do

  • Manage customer journeys and offer mechanics for cashback, streaming subscriptions, and lifestyle perks.
  • Handle operational activities including incident management, production stability follow-up, and payment processing support.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in Azure DevOps/Jira, aligning goals with the Product Owner and delivery teams.
  • Translate business, country, and customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with international teams and stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Support end-to-end delivery processes from requirement clarification to release and post-production validation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Customer Journey Expert roles.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication in a multi-country setup.
  • Ability to coordinate technical teams, manage dependencies, and drive the resolution of production issues.
  • Comfort working with operational topics such as incident management and partner support processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Background in digital customer journeys, loyalty programs, cashback, or subscription platforms.
